New directors elected.

The shareholders of EGI elected three new directors to its board of directors: Barbara A. McNees (elected April, 2008), Anna G. Barensfeld (elected April, 2008) and Susan Schanz Miller (elected April, 2009). Ms. McNees is president of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Barensfeld is the great, great granddaughter of the founder of EGI, David A. Evans. Ms. Miller is a homemaker in Westlake, OH and a great granddaughter of the founder of EGI, David A. Evans.
