 01/02/12 : $25,000 Metallurgy Scholarship 2011 Winner Announced
This is to announce that Colin Galey of Gibsonia, PA is the winner of the fifth annual Ellwood Group, Inc. $25,000 Metallurgy Scholarship. He is a junior at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Colin is majoring in Material Science and Engineering and carries a 4.0 GPA. He was the Secretary of the Undergraduate Materials Society and is a member of the National Society of Colligate Scholars and Tau Beta Pi, an engineering honors society.

Michael A. Kamnikar, EGI's Sr. VP, Marketing and Business Development, was elected President of the Forging Industry Association, Cleveland, OH, a North American-wide trade association of some 120 open die, seamless rolled ring and closed die forging member companies and 80 supplier members.
