The ELLWOOD Metallurgy Scholarship

ELLWOOD is proud to offer our Metallurgy Scholarship to college juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science with a concentration in metallurgy. The scholarship is awarded annually to deserving and talented metallurgical students who exhibit a true interest in the heavy metals manufacturing industry, and specifically in ELLWOOD.

In addition to the $15,000 scholarship, the winner receives a paid summer internship at an ELLWOOD business unit. Plus, up to three $5,000 scholarships are awarded to finalists who complete paid summer internships with ELLWOOD.

Since the inception of the Metallurgy Scholarship, ELLWOOD has awarded more than $300,000 to our scholarship winners and finalists.
