Maintenance
Opportunities

Talented industrial maintenance professionals keep ELLWOOD running. We are committed to recruiting, training and developing industry-leading maintenance talent.

Industrial Maintenance Development Program

The newly launched ELLWOOD Industrial Maintenance Development Program (IMDP) is a full-time opportunity for entry level maintenance positions made available to trade school graduates certified in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, and other approved Industrial Maintenance programs.

The 18-to-24-month program consists of six-to-eight-month rotations at several ELLWOOD divisions in specific regions. The program will afford participants the opportunity to gain experience with the different equipment and processes used by ELLWOOD and the chance to work with experts in the field. Once all rotations are complete, the individual will have the opportunity to be placed in a full-time maintenance position at one of the ELLWOOD Business Units based on job availability.
