Internships & Co-Op Programs

At ELLWOOD, some of our best and brightest team members started out as interns. If you have a passion for what you do, are a real go-getter, and work well with minimal supervision, ELLWOOD is the perfect place for you to apply what you are learning in college to real-world, hands-on projects, and get paid for it!

ELLWOOD also offers unique co-op programs for students to receive academic credits for work experiences. Supervisors work with universities to structure the co-op experience to fit the requirements of the university’s program for the student to gain valuable knowledge within their major. Like internships, the co-ops can be in Accounting, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HR, IT, Legal, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Safety.
