ELLWOOD Materials Technologies serves as the dedicated research and development center for ELLWOOD, committed to assisting all business units in new product development, product and process metallurgical advancement and metallurgical investigations, while also serving as a centralized library of technical information for the benefit of the entire group. Our in-house capabilities include lab heat treatment, metallography, electron microscopy, mechanical testing, dilatometry, as well as access to deformation, thermal, and metallurgical modelling software. Our team is involved at all levels of production, from conception to execution, and takes pride in the impact we make keeping ELLWOOD at the cutting edge of metallurgical technology.
