ELLWOOD hosted a virtual Manufacturing Day experience for the Lawrence County (PA) Schools on Friday, October 2, 2020. We were excited to present two of our Lawrence County facilities, ELLWOOD Quality Steels (EQS) and Ellwood City Forge. HR leaders from both locations spoke about what they look for in employees. Students learned about the steelmaking process of EQS followed up by the forging processes of ELLWOOD City Forge. Students then had the opportunity to ask questions of their virtual tour guides and HR leaders in a live Q&A.
