In his new position, Lee will play a pivotal role in shaping ELLWOOD’s strategic approach to target markets, amplifying the ELLWOOD brand, driving growth initiatives, and strengthening customer partnerships across North America. His efforts will directly support ELLWOOD’s mission to integrate metallurgical and engineering know-how to transform the world.

Reporting to President and CEO Ben Huffman, Lee will collaborate closely with ELLWOOD’s engineering, operations, and strategic account managers to deliver tailored solutions to customers. He will lead business development efforts in target markets, with a particular focus on customer engagement in aero, space, defense, semiconductor, and nuclear markets. His work will help advance ELLWOOD’s leadership in high-performance alloys and engineered components for mission-critical applications.

Lee brings over two decades of industry experience to the role. He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at ELLWOOD National Forge, having previously held leadership roles including Product Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, and Vice President. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a talent for driving growth, innovation, and strategic customer engagement.

Lee earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Mercyhurst University, a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and holds Certified Global Business Professional credentialing through NASBITE International. He currently resides in Erie, Pa with his wife, Hilary, and their two children.
